We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor (1-2) to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service within our establishment. This role is key maintaining service standards, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff during service
• Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
• Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance monitoring
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Coordinate daily operations including opening and closing procedures
• Support management in achieving business targets and service standards
• Ensure cash handling and POS procedures are followed accurately

Skills and Experience Required

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in food and beverage or hospitality

OR

• Bachelor's degree in any field. Relevant Level 4 qualification is also accepted.
• Strong leadership and team coordinating skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of food safety ang hygiene practices
