ALH are currently recruiting for multiple Civil Operators in South and East Auckland in preparation for the Earthworks season.  

• 50+ Hours per week 
• $30.00 - $35.00/hr
• Work with reputable civil/earthworks companies 

We're Looking For Competent Operators with Experience in: 

• Excavators
• Rollers & Compactors
• Moxy (Articulated Dump Trucks/Hydrema)
• Bulldozers
• Loaders
• Graders
• Motor Scrapers

• Strong work ethic and willingness to get your hands dirty 
• Physically fit, dependable, and ready for hands-on work
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history check
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude even when working long hours
• 2x references  

Whats on offer:

• Great pay depending on experience & tickets held
• $28.00/hr - $35.00/hr (Wages/Contractors can be discussed) 
• Weekly Pay
• 5-6 days per week (as required)
• Opportunities to transition from Temp to Perm
• You will be working for reputable civil/earthworks companies with strong pipelines and consistent hours of work
