We need a Client Services Manager to build and maintain excellent relationships with our clients including growers, contractors, packhouses and customers to ensure smooth and professional business operation.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive directions from the Director to implement strategies
• Maintain the services and ensuring client expectations are being met
• Ensure quality of produce is maintained at all times
• Work closely with supervisors, team leaders and management for business operation and forward planning
• Prepare, justify and recommend required operating budget for areas of responsibility with the manager.
• Closely work and liaise with clients on quite regular basis and take feedback
• Monitor and manage the quality of subcontractor work
• Ensure all key performance indicators are within expectation and if not, plans are put in place ensure client expectations are met
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and requirements
• Maintain appropriate records and reports
• Review and drive recommendations for change and improvements in work procedures
• Review and recommend training programs that help the staff stay up with technology
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned
• Supervise teams on site as and if required.
• Be responsible for seasonal harvesting work.
• Recommend recruitment, training as necessary
• Conduct inductions
• Maintain healthy relationships with staff, management and clients
• Liaise with office staff
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety
• Resolve interpersonal conflicts among staff
• Maintain excellent communication with staff, management and clients
• Perform any other tasks required by the employer.

What you need:

• Must have two years minimum of customer service experience or a relevant qualification.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English Language.
• Have the ability to use online computer systems with ease.
• Be reliable and punctual
• Committed and reliable
• Have a positive attitude with a result-orientated work ethic.
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, minimum 32 hours per week, and have weekend flexibility depending on work.
• Eligible applicant will be paid between $35 - $38.
