About the Role:As a Client Support Administrator, you will service a wide range of clients, from insurance experts to car enthusiasts. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, cars, and is passionate about making sure our customers are protected.

This is a behind-the-scenes position, not on the phones, focused on processing and administrative support. You will provide a small amount of support to the team handling credit control and related tasks as required. You will also learn to quote and communicate with clients via email to provide backup support.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Processing new policies and managing renewals, alterations, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the database
  • Collaborating with the Client Support team
  • Providing behind-the-scenes support to the team, including occasional assistance with credit control
  • Learning to quote and communicate with clients via email
  • Managing monthly renewal batches and other administrative tasks
What Were Looking For:
  • Confidence with computers and systems, and the ability to multitask with ease
  • Exceptional time management and attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support the team
  • Previous experience in administration or support roles is an advantage
