Mō tēnei tūranga | About the role

As a Clinical Nurse Lead in the Cervical Screening Team, you will be reporting to the Director of Population Health, providing advisory support and subject matter expertise for the delivery of compassionate, accurate and timely support services to those in Aotearoa who are eligible for cervical screening.

Ngā haepapa matua | Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance related to Cervical Screening Standards and HPV Guidelines while ensuring consistent, accurate and appropriate advice for service users

• Engage with General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Colposcopists and other Clinicians in a timely manner

• Comply with and work within the Nursing Council scope of practice while providing consistent and accurate advice

Mōu ake | About you

Youre a New Zealand Registered Nurse, with at least five years relevant senior nursing experience. You will have the expertise to guide our team with clinical knowledge and have concise communication skills to engage with external stakeholders. You understand the importance of equity in our Māori and Pacific communities and are ready to make a difference to ensure everyone has access to cervical screening.
