Pacific Padel is New Zealand's preeminent padel club operator, leading the growth of this exciting sport in Aotearoa. We are committed to providing exceptional facilities, programming and community experiences that drive the development of padel across the country. The Club Manager is a vital role responsible for the overall operational excellence, financial performance and community development of Pacific Padel, Morton Road.
The Club Manager's Key Responsibilities include:
Required Qualifications & Experience
• A relevant degree (management/event management)• Proven track record of senior leadership and staff development & advanced understanding of the Padel environment• Commercial acumen and financial literacy (understanding GP, NP, margins)• Community building and customer engagement skills• Experience with technology platforms (Playtomic beneficial)• Strong data accuracy and reporting discipline• Proactive communication and results orientation
This is a full-time role with normal working hours of 50 per week, of which 28 will be on-site. The remainder can be from home and in the head-office.
