The Role:

The Corporate Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate customers. The role focuses on customer retention, increasing fleet penetration, driving profitability, and delivering excellent customer experiences. It involves building strong relationships, proactively managing lease renewals, and identifying opportunities to grow business within the portfolio.

This role is predominately an office-based role, servicing customers via phone or MS teams meetings, with the ability to attend customer meetings from time to time where required, via the use of a company pool vehicle.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Manage and retain a portfolio of corporate fleet customers.
  • Proactively manage lease expiries and secure timely renewals or extensions.
  • Achieve sales and new business targets through vehicle replacement orders and portfolio growth.
  • Develop strong customer and supplier relationships to maximise retention and profitability.
  • Upsell products and services, promoting sole supplier agreements where possible.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and interactions in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to champion customer needs and deliver value.
  • Prepare and present customer business reviews, proposals, and portfolio performance updates.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to management.
  • Contribute to annual business planning and quarterly reviews.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have experience and capability in the following areas:

  • Strong focus on customer experience with proven sales or service background.
  • Excellent communicator with ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Collaborative, proactive and hands-on team player.
  • Commercially astute, analytical, and confident with numbers.
  • Strong prioritisation, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with experience in Miles, Salesforce preferrable
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or similar.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients as required.
