My client is a family-run business based in West Auckland, who have an excellent staff culture and staff retention is high. Please note this role is full time Monday - Friday in the office, there is no work from home in this position. 

Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Processing customer orders, field customer enquiries re: order, delivery, despatch & production ETAs, invoicing and pricing
  • Liaising with freight companies
  • Contacting customers for confirmation of current replenishment stock quantities, and confirmation and/or adjustments
  • Investigate customer queries/complaints

 To be successful in this role:

  • Solid previous customer service experience that is inclusive of administration is essential
  • Excellent English skills - written and verbal
  • Sound computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
  • NZ residency or NZ citizenship 
  • Maturity and a solid work ethic
