The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Services and Administration Support Specialist who is fluent in Tagalog and English to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client service and administration, with a strong cultural understanding and communication skills to support our substantial Filipino-speaking client base.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to client emails and inquiries in both English and Tagalog.
Assist with onboarding new clients, collecting documentation, and updating CRM records.
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings across time zones.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintain digital filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Provide remote support to team members and follow up with clients for missing information.
Ensure all communications and documentation meet compliance and confidentiality standards.
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Tagalog and English (written and verbal) is essential.
Tertiary Level Study in Financial Services, Business Administration or Accounting or related field
Minimum 1 year proven experience in administration, customer service, or office support roles - preferably with insurance industry experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems (e.g., OneDrive, SharePoint).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
