The Club Manager is a vital role responsible for the overall operational excellence, financial performance and community development of Pacific Padel, Morton Road.

The Club Manager's Key Responsibilities include:

• Revenue and Financial Performance Management
• Operations and Facility Management
• Community Ownership and Customer Experience
• Cross-Club Coverage
• Data & Reporting
• Staff Recruitment, Training & Development

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A relevant degree (management/event management)• Proven track record of senior leadership and staff development & advanced understanding of      the Padel environment• Commercial acumen and financial literacy (understanding GP, NP, margins)• Community building and customer engagement skills• Experience with technology platforms (Playtomic beneficial)• Strong data accuracy and reporting discipline• Proactive communication and results orientation

This is a full-time role with normal working hours of 50 per week, of which 28 will be on-site.  The remainder can be from home and in the head-office.
