Experience Design Director
Digitas New Zealand creates connected experiences that help ambitious brands build deeper, more meaningful relationships with their customers. As part of Publicis Groupe ANZ, we collaborate closely with teams across New Zealand and Australia to deliver best‑class, multi‑channel customer experiences.
We’re looking for an Experience Design Director who blends world‑class UX and UI craft with strong creative thinking and people leadership. You’ll own experience design across the agency, shape the vision, and lift the quality of work across major transformation programmes and new business.
The OpportunityThis role plays a key part in maturing Digitas NZ into a leading experience design practice. You’ll help shift our work from connected communications to truly connected experiences, setting the vision for experience design across major transformation programmes, pitches, and ongoing client work.
You’ll lead by example in your craft, partner closely with senior leaders, and own experience design across the agency and our clients.
