Responsibilities Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests. Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are proactive, luxury and engaging Perform the tasks of order taking and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of products. Ensure accuracy by repeating order(s) to the guests Be familiar & confident with our Food & Beverage offering. Proactively create memorable moments for guests using elevated emotional intelligence Provide quality barista service and occasional support behind our bar Plan, prepare, and hand over effectively to next shift Replenish all consumables at the end of your shift Provide manager with feedback from customers and from staff Ensure that dockets are written clearly and correctly so the cashier and kitchen can fulfil their duties effectively. Deliver orders promptly to the kitchen production area. Check ordered meals on collection from kitchen and deliver to guests promptly to maintain temperature and appearance, ensure items are announced. Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual. Take responsibility for your designated section and station. Deliver room service orders and amenities. Ensure room service trays and trolleys are set-up correctly and collected promptly when guest(s) have finished. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of proven experience in high end / luxury Food & Beverage service Knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails Positive, can-do attitude, with a flair for sales Ability to work weekends & public holidays Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
