Job Description:
SUPERCHEAP LIMITED T/A LA PORCHETTA PARNELL is looking for TWO talented FRONT OF HOUSE at Auckland, and where you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant’s smooth kitchen operation and customer satisfaction by preparing delightful food. We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week with a pay rate between $24.00 to $26.00/- an hour. Required for our restaurant located at PARNELL, AUCKLAND,NZL.
Job duties:
Some of the duties and responsibilities you will be responsible for include:
Clean, set and re-set restaurant area as per standard
Deliver meals, drinks, appropriate crockery, cutlery, glassware, and condiments to the guests as per standard.
From table remove used crockery, cutlery, empty glassware, bottles and used condiments in a timely manner
Dispose of rubbish, recycling, and compost appropriately, ensuring to separate glass, recycling, compost, rubbish, and cardboard into separate areas
Proactively take customers’ orders
Have thorough product knowledge
Have thorough knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
Show ability and willingness to upsell
Adhere to La Porchetta NZ Customer Service Standards
Promptly advise appropriate Floor Supervisor of all customer requests or complaints
Always maintain restaurant and service areas and undertake respective cleaning duties
Undertake tasks as instructed by Manager, Supervisor or Chefs
Always comply with presentation, uniform, and hygiene standards
Always interact with staff members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Implement La Porchetta systems and standards (incl. OH&S)
Always support the La Porchetta Vision, Purpose and Mission
