Funding and Finance Manager (Ref: FFM25)40 hours per week | Hamilton
Rauawaawa Kaumātua Charitable Trust is a not-for-profit, Hamilton-based community organisation dedicated to supporting Kaumātua aged 55+. Guided by kaupapa Māori values, we combine care, innovation, and community to enhance wellbeing.
We are seeking an experienced Funding and Finance Manager - our very own Minister of Finance - to join our dedicated team. This role offers the chance to shape our financial future, lead funding initiatives, and make a real difference in the lives of Kaumātua.

Is a CA or CPA (or nearly finished qualification)
Has Xero and Microsoft Office experience
Brings strong analytical, relationship, and communication skills
Can work with integrity, confidentiality, and independence
Holds a clean full NZ driver's licence
Is committed to learning Te Reo and Tikanga
Is a true team player—happy to roll up their sleeves to support Kaumātua events, from transporting kaumātua to drying dishes when needed
