J Ghuman Holdings Limited is an award-winning dairy farm seeking a reliable Herd Manager to join our team in a full-time permanent role. This position is based at our dairy farm in Drummond, Southland. We are looking for someone with strong livestock management skills, dairy farming experience, and a positive attitude who can integrate well with our established team, including hands-on farm owners.
About Us
J Ghuman Holdings Limited operates a 270-hectare dairy farm in Southland, milking approximately 825 cows. We run efficient farm systems supported by modern equipment and a dedicated team. We are seeking a motivated Herd Manager to oversee herd health, milking operations, pasture management, and daily farm activities while maintaining high animal welfare and production standards.Applicants with at least two years of commercial dairy farming experience OR with a relavant Level 4 tertiary qualification in Agriculture or Allied Sector and a commitment to safe, sustainable farming are encouraged to apply.
