Job Description
JO&JOE is opening its new hostel in Auckland! And is looking for its next Housekeeping Team Leader. Come and write a page in the history of JO&JOE, by being part of the opening team! The Housekeeping Team Leader will oversee the housekeeping team, ensuring our spaces are always sparkling, welcoming, and ready for our guests and community.

Challenge 1: Lead by example, providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests and ensuring a positive image of the establishment through your attitude and professionalism.
Challenge 2: Guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in all guest rooms and public areas.
Challenge 3: Train, motivate, and supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Challenge 4: Manage daily schedules, room assignments, and inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.

Challenge 6: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Challenge 7: Contribute to achieving set targets in terms of guest satisfaction, efficiency, and cost control.

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS ARE:
- Professional experience: 1 to 2 years minimum in housekeeping or similar role.
- Language required: English
