HR & Office Administrator
- 9 month fixed term contract
- 30 - 32 hours a week (Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 5pm or Mon to Fri 9am - 3.30pm)
- Parking provided
- Based in Albany
- Global, established, highly successful dental company
- EA duties supporting the MD and GM
- Supporting the People and Culture team with administrative duties such as:
- recruiting
- onboarding
- managing change
- disciplinary processes
- employee records
- data input
- Responsibility for the building (repairs, contractors, inspections and annual building WoF)
- Running and organising events
- A strong administration/PA background
- HR experience is an advantage
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent and clear communication, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent computer skills
