Safety ‘n Action, New Zealand's leading Health & Safety training provider, is looking for a Part-Time Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys outbound calling and converting warm leads into confirmed bookings.
You'll focus on following up with customers who have received quotes, made enquiries, or started the booking process but haven't yet committed. You'll be supported by a collaborative team environment, working closely with customer service and sales to ensure no opportunity is left behind.
What You'll Be Doing:
Making outbound calls and proactively following up on quotes sent to customers to convert them into bookings
Calling customers who have enquired about a course but haven't booked yet
Supporting the customer experience team by identifying and chasing sales opportunities within their queues
Logging all interactions and progress in the CRM accurately
Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer handover and booking process
Supporting sales conversion efforts and helping to drive sales revenue
What We're Looking For:
Confident communicator with experience making outbound calls (no cold calling - all warm leads)
Previous experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service roles
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to turn conversations into bookings
Highly organised and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Friendly, engaging, and motivated by results and helping people
