CITY PRODUCE LIMITED is looking for 1 IT support Administrator to manage their IT and computer infrastructure and support our staff. This is a full-time permanent role with a minimum of 30 hours per week in the Auckland region. The wage will vary from $35-$55 depending on your skills and experience. Job Duties my include but not limited to:
Providing first-level technical support to staff/users
Responding to IT helpdesk tickets, calls, and emails
Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
Setting up computers, printers, and other IT equipment
Installing standard applications and updates
Assisting users with passwords, login issues, and system access
Escalating complex technical issues to higher-level IT staff
Maintaining IT support logs and documentation
Supporting basic network and connectivity issues
Education and Experience
Level 5 Diploma or 3 years relevant experience.
