As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you’ll build robust, performant, and accessible web applications, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement strategic, technically sound solutions. You’ll work across the stack, advocate best practices in quality and security, mentor junior developers, and help evolve our engineering standards.
This position offers the opportunity to strengthen your development expertise in modern frameworks, accessibility, performance optimisation, DevOps practices, and Gen AI, while benefiting from a hybrid in‑studio/WFH model that supports work/life balance.
