They are seeking an experienced Property Legal Executive to join their collaborative team. About the RoleYou will manage your own files while working closely with senior lawyers across a wide range of property matters. This is a client-facing role offering variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow your career in a firm that values balance and flexibility. What Youll Do
  • Run residential conveyancing files from start to finish
  • Act on refinancing, mortgages, subdivisions and easements
  • Review titles, contracts, and property-related documents
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver clear advice
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals
What Youll Bring
  • Legal Executive Diploma (or equivalent) and NZILE membership
  • At least 3 years of experience in property law
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
  • A team player who enjoys variety in their work
