About the Role:

We are seeking ONE Loader Operator to join our team. This role is essential to supporting our day-to-day operations across our plumbing projects in the Auckland region.

You will be working from Monday to Saturday, between 7:30 - 18:30, for a minimum of 30 hours and up to 50 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a loader to load materials into trucks, bins, or hoppers
• Move and distribute materials around the site efficiently and safely
• Carry out routine safety checks and basic maintenance on equipment
• Follow site instructions and work within company safety policies and procedures
• Ensure materials are handled in accordance with load specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area
• Report any faults, hazards, or incidents to supervisors promptly
• Other reasonable tasks to help with plumbing projects, including but not limited to:
  • Assist licensed plumbers with day-to-day plumbing work, including installations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Measure, cut, and fit piping under supervision
  • Help inspect and test plumbing systems for leaks and compliance
  • Clean and maintain tools, work vehicles, and work areas

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 year of experience operating a loader
• You will need to attend an on-site interview to show your skills
• Familiarity with bulk material handling and on-site safety procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
• Strong commitment to health and safety
