The Role
The KPACK Logistics & Inventory Lead will be responsible for coordinating the movement and tracking of fruit, packaging and operational inventory across the KPACK site. Working closely with packhouse management you will ensure materials and fruit are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
This role will also lead and coordinate a logistics and inventory team, with several direct reports supporting inventory control, bin management and product movements across the site.
As KPACK continues to expand, this position will play an important role in maintaining efficient systems, strong inventory control and smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the KPACK logistics and inventory team
Manage inventory levels of packaging, consumables and operational materials
Coordinate the receival and dispatch of fruit bins and packed product
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock tracking systems
Ensure efficient flow of fruit and materials through cool stores and packing operations
Liaise with transport operators and internal teams
Monitor and manage bin and pallet movements
Support packhouse operations with planning and logistics coordination during peak harvest periods
Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce waste
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, practical and enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Experience in logistics, warehousing, packhouse operations or supply chain coordination would be beneficial.
