Located in the International Departures Terminal at Christchurch Airport, Manaia Lounge is accessible for international passengers, providing a relaxing area to wait for their flights. For our members, our lounge is a quiet connected space to relax or work in, with pre-flight bites, drinks and other added perks that help you refresh and revive.
We are currently seeking 2 Lounge Support Staff to join our Christchurch team. This role offers great job satisfaction with a variety of tasks throughout the day. The lounge operates from 3:30 am to 10:00 pm, with different shifts available. Since the lounge is open every day of the year, applicants must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. These roles are Permanent Part Time with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
As the face of PlaneBiz (a Menzies Aviation subsidiary), you will play a key role in ensuring travellers have a positive start or end to their journey. You'll interact with guests from all over the world, assisting them in the lounge, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily operations. Your duties will include greeting guests, clearing dishes, assisting the kitchen with food prep, and ensuring the lounge is clean and welcoming.

Previous hospitality experience (Food and Beverage) would be an advantage.
