About the role:
We are seeking fulltime Machine Operators to join our Pultrusion and Finishing Teams. You will assist with setting up of machines, running the machines and making sure quality and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
To the suitable candidate, we are offering positions on the following roster rotations:
Pultrusion:
4 day on - 4 day off (12-hour shifts): roster rotation
6pm-6am OR 6am - 6pm
Finishing:
Either 7:00am - 3:30pm OR 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Skills/Requirements:
Previous experience in a composite manufacturing business preferred
Reliability is a MUST
Excellent work ethic and eye for detail
Strong mechanical mindset with drive and willingness to learn new skills
Commitment to following health and safety procedures
Ability to train if necessary
Must pass a drug test
A good sense of humour
