We are a small Cafe situated in Franz Josef and in need of an inovative and customer focussed team member to manage our Cafe. Reporting directly to the owners, your primary focus will be the daily running of our Cafe taking a hands on approach providing excellent customer service and team building skills. To be successful, a positive attitude combined with being physically active and ability to work well under pressure is required
"Across the Road Cafe" requires someone who is a team player able to display the following attributes; Effective communication at all levels, Highly motivated with a positive work ethic, High presentation standards, Attention to detail, Developed organizational skills, Exceptional Food safety standards
Day to Day role; Lead our team to a high standard, Hands on approach to Food Preparation, Stock inventory and re-ordering, Daily reconciliation and cash handling, H&S reporting, Hygene management along with serving and exceeding customers expectations.
The roll is Full Time; 30hrs
