Every job may not be easy to apply for, because as a new candidate / prospective employee must meet several qualifications and requirements according to the criteria sought by the Company. Hopefully the career information from Kids World Education Group as the position Marketing Executive below matches your qualifications.
Kids' World Education Group (KWEG) is a growing, family-owned early learning group with 20+ centres across three much-loved brands: All About Children, Adventure Land, and Lots of Hugs. We believe every child deserves a strong start—and we back that belief with practical marketing that serves whānau.
As we scale, we're hiring an experienced, ambitious, curious, and self-driven Marketing Executive (2-3 years) who takes initiative and owns outcomes. You'll audit what's there, spot gaps, propose the plan, and execute—fast. You'll have regular check-ins with an off-site Brand Strategist for guidance on principles and priorities, but day-to-day you'll own the projects and the work: build playbooks, create assets, keep channels humming, and sharpen the customer journey end-to-end.
If you love rolling up your sleeves, turning ambiguity into frameworks, and getting real results, this is your moment.
What you'll do· Assist in creating on-brand collateral: centre flyers, posters, brochures, and templates across our three brands.
· Write and manage content: copy for websites, blogs, social posts, ads, and centre comms and flyers.
· Own social media & community: plan, post, and moderate across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
· Assist in running & optimising Facebook Ads: set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, and simple reporting (with potential of working with an agency)
· Design basics: produce clean, digital assets for basic collateral (Canva).
· Keep websites fresh: update pages, listings, and centre information.
· Map & enhance the customer journey: from first click to centre tour—lift clarity, care, and conversion.
· Stakeholder wrangling: coordinate with centre managers, suppliers, and agencies—often all at once.
· Content planning: build and manage an editorial calendar across brands and channels.
· Nice to have: experience with direct marketing (DM) such as email flows or mailers.
What you'll bring· 2-3 years in a fast-paced marketing role (in-house or agency).
· Social media management experience and Facebook Ads know-how.
· Solid writing skills—clear, warm, persuasive copy.
· Understanding of brand and brand guidelines.
· Design confidence (Canva) and a keen eye for consistency.
· Self-starter energy—able to get your hands dirty and deliver without constant support.
· Insight-led mindset: you turn observations into recommendations and bring others along.
· Calm juggler: you manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines without dropping the ball.
· Fast learner: you pick things up quickly and execute with care.
· Problem-solving skills
· (Bonus points: early childhood/education experience, simple video editing, email platforms, website CMS, basic analytics/reporting.)
What we offer· Manukau-based head office with a warm, whānau-like vibe.
· Regular guidance from an experienced off-site Brand Strategist.
· PLD as required
· Potential agency exposure and the chance to broaden your skills as a strong executional all-rounder.
· The opportunity to shape how a growing group shows up—your work will be seen and felt across our centres.
