A well-established company NZ HERB LIMITED is now enlarging its team to cope with the fast development. We are looking for Massage Therapists position.

More details about the position●        Location: Auckland

●        Job type: Full-time Permanent

●        Number of positions for this job: up to 2

●        Pay rate: from $28-$35 per hour

●        Days required: 5-6 days/week

●        Hours per week: min 30, max 50 hours per week

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

·         Assess clients’ physical conditions, medical history, and specific treatment needs through consultation prior to each session

·         Plan and deliver appropriate massage treatments, including traditional Chinese massage techniques (e.g. Tui Na), deep tissue massage, and relaxation therapy

·         Apply a range of therapeutic techniques to relieve pain, improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and promote overall wellbeing

·         Monitor clients’ responses to treatment and adjust techniques as required to ensure safety and effectiveness

·         Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any contraindications

·         Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and linens are maintained in a clean, hygienic, and professional condition in accordance with health and safety standards

·         Provide advice to clients on aftercare, stretching, posture, and ongoing wellness to support treatment outcomes

Job Requirement

●         At least two-years relevant prior experience or substitute with a formal qualification

●         A “can-do” attitude

●         Have an eye on details

●         Self-motivated

●         Clean non-criminal record
