Job Description:

Key Responsibilities & Duties

A. Leadership & People Management

Lead, schedule, train, and motivate a team of plant operators and technicians.

Clearly assign daily tasks, supervise workflow, and manage performance.

Build a strong safety culture and ensure strict adherence to all protocols.

B. Production Planning & Operational Execution

Independently develop and implement detailed daily/weekly production plans and work schedules.

Oversee the entire production process: from feedstock (tire) reception and preparation, through the pyrolysis reaction, to final product (oil, carbon black, steel wire) output and storage.

Optimize process parameters to maximize yield, quality, and equipment uptime.

C. Technical, Maintenance & Safety Oversight

Ensure 100% compliance with company safety policies and all environmental regulations.

Troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues promptly; organize and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.

Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

D. Administrative & Managerial Duties

Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): production volume, yield, quality, and operational costs.

Manage inventory of raw materials, spare parts, and finished products.

Control operational budgets and seek continuous improvement in cost-efficiency.

Prepare accurate operational reports for senior management.
