The Opportunity:
Were looking for a National Account Manager to join our team and drive strategic growth and operational excellence. If youre commercially savvy, analytical, and eager to make a real impact, this role is for you. Youll be responsible for driving business development to achieve sales and financial targets for the Woolworths NZ account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement promotional programs aligned with company strategy.
- Analyse customer profiles and optimize sales performance.
- Identify growth opportunities across our product portfolio.
- Execute product, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Lead forecasting, demand reviews, and P&L forecasting.
- Drive new product development and achieve financial targets.
About You:
- Proven Key Account Management experience in the FMCG sector, ideally with WWNZ or Foodstuffs exposure is essential.
- Strong ability to deliver business cases and execute decisions that drive change.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and commercial presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with a passion for creative solutions.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret and present data.
- Familiarity with BW, IRI, and financial reports is a plus.
