Overview

Lead the day-to-day operation of core IT services, ensuring team members are well supported, balancing BAU and project delivery, in this busy role.

• Lead the implementation of a new CRM system
• Team leadership of 3 IT professionals
• Manage vendor relationships
• Act as a Privacy Officer for the organisation, ensuring system and information compliance with relevant legislation
• Fulfil the senior helpdesk role as required, maintaining relevant technical knowledge

• Extensive, proven leadership experience in IT service delivery or support team management
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud tools (MS365) and modern service management practices
• Experience working in BAU and project-based environments
• Experience working with service provision arrangements, negotiations and facilitation
