What You Will Be Doing

Lead and motivate a dedicated nursing team
Build and maintain a culture of clinical excellence
Work closely with the leadership team to uphold policies and best practice
Develop and enhance models of care to improve access, patient experience, and health outcomes
Complete annual performance reviews and support ongoing staff development
Champion equity, diversity, and culturally safe care

What You Bring

New Zealand Registered Nurse with a current APC
Strong leadership ability, ideally within primary care
Minimum 3 years' experience in a GP practice
Confident coaching others and delivering culturally competent care
Highly organised with excellent relationship skills
Clear, calm communicator with a fair and supportive approach
Interested in quality improvement and clinical systems
