About the role
As a full-time receptionist, your responsibility is to be the warm, empathetic and supportive face and voice of the clinic. You will be the first point of contact for our patients through the phone, email or face-to-face. You will coordinate a high quality management pathway and provide administrative support in a professional, cheerful and empathetic manner for patients with complex medical problems.
You will also manage the professional calendar commitments of the medical specialists you work with. You will be responsible for accurate billing and will demonstrate exquisite attention to detail.

Skills and experience
High emotional intelligence is essential
Advanced computer and IT are essential
Time management including task prioritization, scheduling and completing tasks
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Outstanding customer service
Previous experience in a medical office would be beneficial but not required for the right candidate
Experience with high quality social media content creation is highly desirable
