Oversee and coordinate the company's rentals, assets, fleet, warehouse and event logistics to ensure efficient service delivery, operations, safety compliance and a high standard of presentation.

Permanent, Full Time role based in Auckland with minimum 30 hours guaranteed. Required to travel around Auckland and to other regions as required. 

Role includes 

  • Managing equipment and asset rental, installations, returns 
  • Managing rental bookings, scheduling jobs, arranging daily routes 
  • Managing and arranging supplies, materials and stock for operations team 
  • Managing stock control and inventory using internal software 
  • Event planning and preparation 
  • Ensuring all events equipment are checked and maintaind
  • Ensuring all items are functional and compliant with safety regulations 
  • Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of equipment and assets 
  • Organising, managing company fleet 
  • Organising and managing warehouse, yard, arranging freight 
  • Responding to customer requiremetns 
  • Training of new staff 
  • Helping operational staff on site 
  • Identify areas of concern / areas that require improvement
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance 
  • Any other appropriate work-related task as required
  • Operating forklift as required 

Role requirement: 

  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
