FUREIN INTERNATIONAL TRADING LIMITED is an Auckland CBD-based company engaged in international trading, integrating both wholesale distribution and retail operations. We specialize in a wide variety of local and imported products, supported by active import operations and multi-channel business activities.

 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time postion, which requires you to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Key responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the director, including liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders
  • Manage appointment diaries, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, including screening inquiries and providing responds on behalf of the director where appropriate
  • Prepare reports, briefing notes, memoranda, and other routine business documents
  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and accurate record-keeping systems
  • Process incoming and outgoing communications, including filing and maintaining correspondence records
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on operational matters
  • Attend meetings and assist with minute-taking and follow-up actions as required
  • Support general business operations, including coordination of import-related activities
  • Perform any other administrative and coordination duties as required by the Director
About you
  • At least two years of relevant work experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, or 
  • A relevant qualification at NZQCF Level 5 or higher, or
  • A bachelor's degree or higher qualification in any discipline
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
