Lead a hands-on promotional print operation within a well-established New Zealand manufacturing business where quality, consistency, teamwork, and pride in output drive everything produced.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Printer who enjoys being on the tools, while also taking full ownership of production flow, people, and output.
You’ll be right in the middle of the action—driving daily production, solving issues as they arise, and ensuring jobs move smoothly through screen, rotary, flatbed, and specialty print processes in a fast-paced environment.
A practical, calm leadership style is essential, along with strong communication skills, sound business acumen, and the ability to balance quality, deadlines, and team coordination.
Why this role stands outYou’ll take full responsibility for the print floor and production flow across a busy promotional print operation.
This is a lead-from-the-floor role. You will remain actively involved in production while guiding a small team to deliver accurate, high-quality, on-time work every day.

What you’ll be doingYou are likely already working as a Print Supervisor / Print Lead / Printer, or are a highly experienced operator ready to step into leadership.
