We have a great opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join a progressive enterprise project environment to deliver a Workday + Datapay solution.

You will provide a high level of Product Ownership partnering with internal stakeholders as well as vendors and external consultancy's. Workday or HRIS/Payroll experience essential for this role.

Key requirements for the successful candidate are as follows:

• Recent and specific experience working as a Product Owner ideally with Workday expertise.
• Ability to work within a close project team as well as partnering with external consultancy partners to ensure a high level of delivery.
• Ability to quickly prioritise work to maximise value and outcomes for the business.
• Establish and communicate clear product roadmaps aligned to strategic goals
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure their work is integrated into the backlog and aligned with priorities
• Engage stakeholders effectively, balancing competing needs while keeping focus on customer and business value
• Thrive in dynamic environments, adapting quickly as priorities and requirements evolve
• Partner closely with Delivery Leads / Project Managers, with a clear understanding of the Product Owner vs Scrum Master roles

The ideal applicant will be able to quickly adapt, bring clarity and focus, and guide people pragmatically through backlog building in a way that supports their journey to greater agility and value delivery.
