Production Supervisor - FoodGONUTZ Foods Ltd - Henderson, Auckland

GONUTZ Foods manufactures and distributes a wide range of snack foods from our base in Henderson, Auckland.

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations and small production team. This is a fast-paced role that requires adaptability, sound decision-making, and strong people leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day production and staff supervision
• Setting up and monitoring production lines
• Coordinating flexible production schedules to meet customer demand
• Maintaining food safety and quality standards
• Monitoring and recording production data
• Managing machinery and equipment - setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience in packaged food manufacturing or a similar trade
• Strong supervisory and team leadership skills
• Knowledge of food safety systems and quality control
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
• Clean, tidy, and well-organized work habits
• Willingness to step in and work alongside the team to meet deadlines

Additional details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with some Saturdays required
• Competitive Supervisor pay rates apply
• Full, permanent NZ residency is required
• A forklift license is an advantage
