About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Sales Consultant to join our experienced and knowledgeable Morrinsville Team. As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and driving sales to support the company's growth objectives.
In this role, you will:
Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide expert advice and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
Build authentic, long-term relationships with customers and industry professionals.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
Ensure a positive and welcoming in-store experience for all customers.
Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture that celebrates success.
You'll be based at our Morrinsville showroom and will receive full training to give you the tools and confidence to succeed. You will be required to work weekends and public holidays.

Your Experience & Skills
Demonstrated sales experience (3+ years), preferably within the retail or home appliance industry.
Excellent communication and relationship skills, with the ability to connect with customers.
Strong product knowledge (or the willingness to learn through our training) and a passion for outstanding service.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and thrive in a results-driven environment.
A team player who contributes positively to workplace culture.
