Lodge Real Estate, Hamilton’s largest real estate agency, is looking for full-time for a sales support person to become an integral part of the team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm, professional and welcoming experience.

About the Role

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will:

  • Manage a wide range of office administration duties
  • Prepare property appraisals, sale and purchase agreements and reports
  • Upload and manage property listings across online platforms
  • Welcome visitors and manage incoming phone and email enquiries
  • Provide administrative support to the wider sales team
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally each day

About You

You’ll be someone who:

  • Has previous experience in administration, reception, or customer service
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is well presented, professional and approachable
  • Has strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Has a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
