Agents of Architecture is a dynamic and expanding architectural practice, renowned for our diverse portfolio across various sectors and project stages. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Architectural Graduate to join our innovative team.

Role Purpose:

The Senior Architectural Graduate plays a dual role in supporting the design and documentation of large and/or complex architectural and interior projects, while leading the delivery of smaller-scale projects. This position blends creative thinking, technical expertise, and project coordination, contributing to Agents of Architectures (AOA) mission of purposeful design with positive impact. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with project teams, clients, and consultants, while mentoring junior staff and supporting continuous improvement in design delivery.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support senior architects and project leads in the design and documentation of large and/or complex projects.

• Lead the design and documentation of smaller projects from concept to completion.

• Assist in managing project programmes, task schedules, and consultant coordination.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Prepare and refine client briefs and return briefs in collaboration with Directors.

• Participate in client presentations, RFPs, and marketing initiatives.

• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and consultants.

• Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.

• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable design practices, and integrate them into our projects.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or equivalent in Architecture

• 5 years minimum experience in architectural design and documentation using Revit.

• Strong understanding of the NZ Building Codes, materials, and construction practices.

• Strong design and visualisation skills, with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience with commercial, residential, multi-unit low-rise residential and mid-rise apartments, and/or remedial projects is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Legal eligibility to work in New Zealand.
