MOCHA POT LIMITED T/A Lordys Bakehouse islooking for enthusiastic, experienced Senior Bakers to join our bakery at Pakuranga Pastry/Bread team."
Multiple positions available

The primary role is the day-to-day running of the bakery department, ensuring that a maximum enough high-quality, freshly baked bread and cakes are available.

Minimum Previous  2+ years experience in a relevant industry OR Relevant Level 4 Qualification.

This is a permanent position, 32 hours per week (extra hours may be required based on production), this is night shift work and start work 22.00 PM to 05.00 AM in the morning from Wednesday to Sunday. Maximum 40 hours.

Minimum $28.00 & Maximum $35.00 per hour

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing frozen products for baking.
• Mixing and baking require daily levels of all bakery products.
• Baking requires daily levels of Cakes and other products.
• Preparing and making Sandwiches.
• Assembling sandwiches using breads, meats, cheeses, vegetables, and other products according to customer orders.
• Responsible for the operation of the pastry/ Bakery section of the kitchen - including
  desserts, breads, and other baked goods.
• Producing other bakery-specific products as required 
• Other tasks across the store as required.
• Ensure that recipes and proportions are strictly adhered to, to ensure consistency, quality, and cost control.
• Order and maintain inventory for the pastry/ Bakery section to ensure efficient operations. 
• Any other duties the Executive Baker/ Head Chef or Baker may reasonably require.
• Station maintenance and cleanliness
• Follow health and hygiene standards.
