Trentham School is seeking a skilled and empathetic teacher to join our inclusive learning community as a 0.6 fixed-term ORS specialist teacher. This position is funded through the Ongoing Resourcing Scheme (ORS) and is available to start as soon as possible, continuing through to 17 December 2026.
This role is ideal for a passionate educator with experience supporting younger tamariki (ages 5-7) with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll work directly with students to support their IEP goals through thoughtful planning, resource development, and implementation of tailored programmes. Collaboration with whānau, support staff, and external agencies is central to this mahi.
