We are looking for a Store Manager at Crust Corner Limited T/A Pizza Hut in Wellington.

Store Manager is expected to work a minimum of 30-35 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational Management
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including production, service, and delivery.
Maintain compliance with Pizza Hut’s product, service, and safety standards.
Monitor and optimise store performance metrics (sales, costs, customer satisfaction).
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures across all shifts.

Inventory & Supply Chain
Organise and monitor inventory levels to meet demand.
Inspect supplies and raw materials regularly; place and adjust orders with suppliers.
Ensure proper stock rotation to minimise wastage.
Record and reconcile deliveries and shipments accurately.

Financial & Business Performance
Manage budgets, control costs, and maximise profitability.
Prepare and review financial reports, sales targets, and performance indicators.
Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve operational efficiency.

Team Leadership & Development
Supervise, train, and coach team members and Duty Managers to deliver outstanding customer service.
Schedule and allocate staff effectively to meet operational needs.
Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and growth.
Conduct performance reviews and support career development for team members and Duty Managers.

Customer Service & Engagement
Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and products.
Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Compliance & Standards
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
Maintain compliance with Pizza Hut’s operational standards and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold quality and safety.

Launch or create the menu items for the manager’s special in addition to setting the menu to meet the local market demand.

Handle marketing and ensure circular promotional programmes are adopted and brand consistent.

Job Requirements:

   1. Diploma level 5 qualification (Hospitality or Business) or
   2. Minimum two years of work experience in management, full-time, of working at the fast food industry.
   3. Relevant numerical skills.
   4. Good oral/written communication skills.
   5. Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
   6. Basic computer literacy.
