We are looking for Store Managers in Southland who are highly motivated, honest, enthusiastic team players to join our team!
Lumsden cafe and dairy in town, Lumsden
Job tasks include:
1. Excellent time management skills and communication skills
2. Ability to work independently and lead your team
3. Strong understanding of sales and customer service strategies
4. Strong understanding and ability to manage the implementation of health and safety policies and
procedures.
5. A real team player who is keen to wear our brand with pride.
6. Checking stock, adding, or removing brands as per their demand, and always keeping in-demand items in
stock.
7. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
8. Report to the owner and maintain communication between management and staff.
9. Any other task as reasonably requested by the company.
10. Determining additional sales promotion.
11. Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
12. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
13. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
Meeting sales targets, managing budgets, and maximising store profitability.
Minimum hours of work: 30 hours per week
Pay rate: $28 to $35 per hour
Experience required - must have 2-3 years of experience OR a Level 4 or higher qualification in the relevant field.
