Job Title: Store Manager Location: Auckland, New Zealand

Salary: $30-$35/hourJob Type: Full-time (Minimum 30 hours/week)

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and looking for a Store Manager to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

l  Organise and control the day-to-day operations of store and service establishment.

l  Develop and implement purchasing, pricing, and marketing policies in line with business objectives.

l  Determine product mix (new and used vehicles, accessories, service offerings) and ensure stock levels meet business needs.

l  Promote and advertise the dealership’s vehicles and services through appropriate marketing channels.

l  Supervise and support the sales team, providing guidance and training; participate in vehicle sales when necessary to assist the team.

l  Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales transactions, and financial activities.

l  Undertake budgeting, cost control, and financial planning for the dealership.

l  Monitor sales performance and prepare operational and financial reports.

l  Recruit, train, supervise, and roster sales and support staff, ensuring performance standards are met.

l  Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and relevant industry requirements.

l  Monitor customer feedback and complaint resolution, providing guidance to staff and implementing improvements to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 years of relevant work experience OR a relevant Diploma (Level 6) in Business/ Management/Marketing/Commerce/Finance and Accounting/Supply Chain, etc
  • Strong leadership and staff management capabilities
  • Sound understanding of budgeting, pricing, and stock control
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to manage operations independently and meet business targets
