About the Role We are seeking a Telecommunication Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of telecommunications networks. The role involves working on network infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring systems operate efficiently across client sites. This is a hands-on role requiring both technical expertise and the ability to manage network performance in real-world operational environments. Location: 6 Nova Court, Craigieburn VIC 3064 Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities - Design, install, and configure telecommunications networks and systems - Monitor network performance and ensure reliability across all systems - Diagnose and resolve network faults and connectivity issues - Conduct testing and optimisation of network infrastructure - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and system records - Support upgrades, expansions, and integration of network systems - Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams on technical matters - Ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements - Assist in planning and executing network-related projects - Maintain system security and performance standards Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Network Engineering, or a related field - Minimum 3 years of relevant full-time work experience - Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and network infrastructure - Experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring - Ability to analyse technical issues and provide practical solutions - Strong documentation and reporting skills - Good communication and teamwork abilities - Ability to work across multiple sites and project environments How to Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role.
