We are looking for three experienced Territory Sales Managers to drive sales and business development.

We are looking for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and business development across New Zealand.

We are seeking three proactive and experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead regional sales and business development activities across New Zealand. You will be based in the Auckland office and travel across both the North and South Islands as part of ongoing territory coverage. 

This is a strategic role that involves driving revenue, developing customer relationships, and working closely with senior leadership to support growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets 

•  Oversee and manage sales performance across designated accounts or customer groups

•  Identify new business opportunities and manage client acquisition and retention

•  Represent the company in external meetings, trade events, and client engagements

•  Analyse sales trends, monitor market developments, and report on performance metrics

•  Collaborate with senior management on territory planning, pricing, and forecasting

•  Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery

 

Requirements:
 

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development or a relevant Level 7 or higher qualification in sales, marketing, or business

•  Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills

•  Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

•  Ability to travel within the assigned territorys

  • Background in business, marketing, or sales is beneficial
