Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity Reporting to the Head of Transport and Parking Compliance, this key role serves as the operational control conduit between audit & analysis, procurement & administration functions, and the Dual Compliance Operations.
You will provide direction and leadership in Transport & Parking Compliance functions for audits, purchase orders, and payments against all contracts, as well as efficiently manage stakeholder relationships.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the seamless induction phasing for all Parking and Transport Officers, working closely with the Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition teams. This is a busy and varied role, requiring well-developed time management skills to plan and prioritise your day.
Nā tāu rourou | What will you bring? As a trusted advisor, you will draw on your previous experience working in auditing, procurement, and coordination environments. To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience using SAP for invoicing, purchase orders, account queries, rosters, and payroll.
- Competency with CRM case management.
- Experience in a people-driven and customer-centric business with a strong focus on safety and learning and development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship and influencing skills.
- A strong understanding of an operational environment for a large 24/7 facing and geographically dispersed workforce.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business or Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
