Full time kitchen manager, catering for up to 60 residents per day. Minimum 38 Hours per week
  • Chef qualifications desirable
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Food Safety Standards 167 & 168
  • Provide leadership to team members
ensuring all kitchen duties are carried out in a professional manner, providing solutions to problems that may arise
  • Maintain food safety hygiene requirements
according to the instructions/procedures
  • Liaise with facility dietician to ensure all
special dietary requirements are met
  • Ensure cleanliness of equipment and work
areas and that they are properly maintained
  • Ensure daily work schedules are completed
  • Liaise with Facility Manager as required
  • Communicate with other team members
effectively to ensure smooth delivery of service to residents
